Fantasy Football interest thread

Guys,

Football, the greatest sport ever, starts in about 2 months. Would anyone here like to play in a fantasy football league? It'll be casual and we won't bet money or anything goofy like that. Any interest? Even if you don't know how to play you should join, everybody starts somewhere! You can pick up on it pretty quickly by just playing - it's how I learned. In fact I went from not knowing what the fuck is going on during the 2008 season to completely trouncing everyone and taking 1st place in 2009! You don't need too many people to play either, I think I played in a 6-person league last year - I imagine we can get 6 people out of IndyDDR.

It enhances the football experience and it'll give us something to talk about on Monday mornings! Perhaps it'll bring the ITG and non-ITG crowd together <3

I've never been interested in fantasy football before, but for some reason the thought of an IndyDDR league intrigues me. If this materializes, I could possibly be persuaded to join up.

Well, I liked Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES and NFL Blitz for SNES but other than that I have no interest.

That's fine Joe, I can respect your opinion. Just know that you're more than welcome to join a fantasy football league that may or may not happen!

But did they actually have NFL blitz for the SNES Joe? Something seems fishy about your anecdote.
