GameWorks Studio Circle Centre Mall CLOSED?

I've been hearing some talk about various GameWorks locations closing around the country. According to the Wikipedia article our GameWorks Studio here in Indianapolis was one of 4 locations closed as of today. Can anyone confirm this?

I admit it's been quite awhile since I've been over there myself, but this would truly be the end of an era since IndyDDR was essentially conceived there.

Alas, this is indeed true. There are several articles stating that the Indy location will be closing.

By the way I gotta go to the mall right after work to buy / replace my broken phone charger so I'll confirm or deny this shit. If it's closed I'm going to assume the machines will be reallocated to some other locale.

Gameworks is blacked out with flyer taped to one of the glass windows, I'll paraphrase:

"Due to circumstances beyond our control Gameworks studios has been forced to shut this location down. We apologize for any inconvenience."

So yeah, confirmed. The end of an era. Where will they hold fighting game tournaments now?! Oh well, that place was shady anyway.

Also it's $30 for a wall charger. I know I'm made of money but seriously that shit is marked up like a motherfucker. It's $20 for a little USB to mini-USB cable that lets you charge your phone from your PC. Worst $30 I've ever had to spend.
