IndyDDR shirt on Japanese news

Post by LikeableRodent »

Sometime back in late 2007 I was on the news here in Fukushima, Japan for riding my 36" unicycle around town.

For the interview I happened to wear my DDR-a-thon IndyDDR, so now the IndyDDR shirt has officially received international news attention!

I think I posted about this somewhere on this board way back when it actually ocurred, but I only just recently finally got around to uploading the video, which you can find over on its YouTube page

Wow, that's pretty awesome. And the commercials are pretty neat too....only there's like a million of them!

Hah I liked when all the kids followed you on their little unicycles, like you were their unicycle messiah.

The man, the myth, the legend...

Thanks for sharing.

What's the spoken/listening equivalent of illiteracy? That's definitely where I was at while watching. Though it was quite enjoyable nonetheless.

Very cool segment Adam! The last shot of you riding around with all of them following you is precious.

Unintelligible? Incomprehensible?

On that subject, watching this video shows me how much Japanese I've learned in the 14 months since it was shot. Back then I barely understood anything, but now I can understand almost everything said in it. It makes me feel good.
