I played this back at TGS. (search for "Let's Tap")

It's pretty watch it sounds like... you put the Wiimote on the game's box and tap away. There are multiple minigames, with the seemingly main draw being the multiplayer racing mode, of which they let you go through three of the levels.

It felt pretty much like many other Wii games... a novel way to control a bunch of minigames that you pull out when you have some other people around, play for an hour or so, then put it back on the shelf. Wait a month or two then repeat.
