GH comes to DS

This is mainly notable because of the strange peripheral that plugs in to the DS to simulate the fret buttons. Weird.

Just four buttons? That's gonna be so easy.

Then again, with "No Doubt" on the soundtrack, we weren't looking at some hardcore Buckethead shredding.

Fun fact: only 3 posts at IndyDDR.com contain the word "boop."

the way you have to hold it looks awkward =/ The only cool thing about it is the guitar pick stylus thing you get with it.

They already tried this crap with Beatmania 9 years ago and it failed! This release like it will also be nothing but EPIC FAIL!

Yeah, except bm didn't have a massive fanboy following in the states willing to buy every game in the series.

There's even a cell phone version --- I saw that it was available on my phone the last time I looked for new games. And no, even a GH mega-fan like me couldn't stoop low enough to buy the dinky cell-phone version. Although I have to admit that I'll probably buy the DS version for kicks...

If there are enough hard songs on it, i looks like it could actually be fun

especially concidering the best music game (that im aware of) on the ds now is elite beat agents
You will be baked

We need DDR-DS.

Just think of the peripheral...

Would be pretty cool imo.
Have like a fold-out pad that plugs into the DS, and then hold the screen up while you play so you can see the notes. Might make it tough doing 10s though...

Actually, I've seen that. But I don't really count it as "DDR". Just like I don't count the cell phone versions as DDR.
