YouTube Tech Help

Okay, so, as some of you may know, I very recently uploaded a Charlene Expert video to YouTube, but I'm having the same problem as countless other YouTube n00bs in that the video is horribly off-synch. I know the recommended file format and all that, but how do I change the AVI that I have so that it fits the recommendations? Could someone explain this to me, and/or do it for me? The only video editing software that I have is Cool Edit Pro.
EDIT: Nvm, I think I managed to fix it...with potter's help.

It's still processing...and the old offsynch one that I deleted is still there even though I removed it. Wait a few hours and then search for "danc1005" or "dance1005". Btw you get a shout-out in it lol.

This is weird, the video is STILL processing. Usually Youtube gets pretty immediate results. At least for ma anyway.

Yeah, the processing took forever...it's up now for all who want to see it, though.

Damn, am I the person in IndyDDR who has the least amount of hair? That's what sticks out to me on these pictures and vids.

Maybe at the moment, but...
Ironically, I've actually been growing my hair out for the past several months. Sorry, no pictures handy at the moment.
