maybe I'm just being a nostalgic purist but this is just wrong.

I also wonder how many dorky otaku living in Japan will throw a hissy fit and defend the american version whenever some speaks poorly of this.

If the US makes a remake of something Jaopanese, it turns to crap...USA Live Action Sailor Moon...

On the other hand, the Japanese take a US cartoon, seriously "eff" with it, and make it look somehow sugary enough to put me into hyperbolic shock. Thanks Japan! You help progress my genetically inherited diabetes one step closer!
