So I got some of those Wolfgang Puck self-heating coffees. HOLY SHIT THESE THINGS ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL & GOOD!!!!!
I reccomend trying them out at least once, for the wow factor. The espresso latte is the one I got and it's delicious. It's so hot I can't drink it right now D:

Dude, I know what you're talking about. I used to work at Peytons Northern, a distributor for Kroger, and I got the 5 finger discount on those everyday during the winter

. Best one is Mocha, but french vanilla was good too.

Round 2:
The bottom part did something odd and a liquid oozed out. Hearing crazy stories of possible burns I decked myself in chem wharrr and cleaned it up like it was radioactive. I sent an email to the distibutors. Maybe I'll get a free one for my troubles :<

Round Three.
Another failure. These things are shit. I emailed the manufacturer. Upon closer inspection these bottles appear to have been mamed by one of the machines. Fucking piece of shit

So I'm confused. These coffees... Are they like the kind where you pull a little string and it warms itself?
Do they work kind of like the military's MREs?
That's what I'm guessing, anyway... Share!

same idea as MRE's except MREs use Magnesium Iron Oxide and this stuff used Calcium Oxide (much safer) Plus temperature difference is fairly different. It's actually really innovative

CaO is way more cost efficient to synthesize. But then again, so is TNT if you have the right materials

(nitric acid benzene, acetylene, sodium, liquid ammonia) nuff said

got a response from the manufacturers. They're going to send me replacement ones for free!! They're letting me try out some new ones they haven't distributed to stores yet!
Yummers Hot Chocolate for kids and kids-at-heart
Decadent - a line of gourmet hot chocolate and teas for adults. Decadent is available in classic hot chocolate, mint hot chocolate, and chai tea latte.
I asked for decadent classic & mint

Where do you get these things? I've never heard of them, but then I'm not a big coffee drinker, so I probably never bothered to notice them.
I'm a Chai Tea fan myself.
