Compared the Beet / DM / GF it's stupid easy
They changed it for SN2, X, and X2. Made it a bit harder. For SN2, you had to AA the last song as a random choice. I liked that.
PIU had it even easier. Just get all A's. That might have changed in later games.
Random? So you making it to ES and OMES is determined by whether or not you can AA either Let Them Move or PSM? That's awesome game design.
I really love CS:GO's 64 tick servers.

I agree on the point that there are better ways to do it. My appreciation for this method stems from the idea of mixing things up. In a game that is all about repetitive execution, getting a bonus song is a good reward for forcing the player to try something unusual/new. Much more interesting than hearing less skilled players pick Kind Lady and Firefly over and over.
