Just saw Amon Amarth in concert...had to drive all the way to cleveland to do it, but it was a damn good show. Their sound quality live is just as good as it is on the albums...clearly no intense studio trickery went into their recordings.
It's also a plus that they're fucking vikings. It's good to see fellow practitioners of Asatru...we're few and far between in these dark times.

...and now for a prescription drug induced random thought.
My bottom wisdom teeth were removed today. Honestly, I don't really see why people think it's painful, espically since in this day and age with most dentists write prescriptions to hardcore painkillers afterwards. Personally, I'm none too happy about having to do this cause it's money I didn't want to spend (thank god it's a tax writeoff), and despite not having any problems with my wisdom teeth the Marines made this a mandatory operation.
Well, hopefully things will be back to normal in a few days for me.

Were you knocked out? Because if they just do the local anesthetic/laughing gas, it is quite painful during the operation. When I had mine taken out, none of them even had all of their roots yet, and the one that only had 3 roots hurt like a bitch.
Afterwards it's not really a problem...dentist prescribed me 15 Vicodin, I ended up needing 2 =]

I opted for Novacane as I don't like being knocked out.

I have to get mine taken out soon, most likely, and I've pondered the two. Everyone says "take the anesthetic," but I hate needles/shots. At this point, I'm opting towards the knockout gas.
I can't trust my dentist with needles anymore. When I had to get cavities filled, they told me they were going to place a "magic wand" next to my teeth, and then I would feel a slight pinch, and then lose feeling in that section. At this point, I was VERY skeptical. Then, I saw a giant f*cking needle coming my way.
It's a shame when someone lies to a 17-year old about a shot.
