A bit of a change in the brag thread: to beatmania IIDX 4th style....


I play 7 keys (not light) and recently I've gotten FCs with SDgoods on the following songs..

Gentle Stress
Paranoia Max (dirty mix)
Sanctus

Ones that I have FCd but not gotten SDgoods on are:
North
any 4 star or below

Ones that I've beaten but not FC'd
Twinbee
R3

Ones I got REALLY close to passing, but screwed up horribly near the end
Can't stop falling in love
Schlagwerk (somehow)
Sana morette (damn the spins in it... damn them to hell)
Jive into the night (I can do 5 key easily, but 7 I just seem to hate.

4th style doesn't have Paranoia Survivor Max, that's 9th style shmurrrrrrrrrrr

woah, I have not accomplished anything in a while... well now I'm on MAX 2 so I can't really do as much, but i got a B on Maxx unlimited and another AA on Max 300.... got a AA on Drop out (yea I know it's not that hard but it's one of the harder ones on the machine) and I don't know what else to play on that machine, I'm about to drop DDR again >.<

Stay and Justify My Love are good 9's. You can always go for some AAA on the Max2 exclusives.

thanks for the tips I don't think I've ever played those two, and maybe I'll do the AAA thing, but purdue pads aren't that excellent to say the least

I have not accomplished anything that recently. But there seems to be alot less competition for scores here (don't read this taqa) It seems like there are only about 3-4 people who go for the top scores. So my accomplishment for now is full combo on Anubis expert (I couldn't believe I FCd the really fast part) and a 86% on Charlene.

Then the machine started getting groggy and I did bad.

I got a 98% on Solina.... it's not bad for being DDR/ITG free for a while :/

First day of PIU:

Valentin hard passed I then tried on crazy and cried, I need at least a week.
Beethoven virus hard (almost got it)
Winter hard passed.
Some random Kpop song passed, I don't remember the name
I had a couple more, only failed 2 the whole day

Good job, especially on the Winter. That's way more than I could do on my first try at the 5 arrow stomping game.

I got my first crazy song today

it was Join the party.... but the methods of passing will not be released and if those who were present speak, they will have their tongues removed.

I also beat pump me amadeus on hard
final audtion 1 2 and 3 on hard
and some other things, I'm still getting used to it.

I bet you I know your method of passing Join The Party. Louisville started that trend in this area. I wont say anything else because I want to keep my tongue

It's kind of odd that was your first Crazy song. Usually it's something like Let The Sunshine.

I prefer just putting it on random if I want to cheat, rather than playing it Louisville style.

Pump Me Amadeus hard though...yeah, it's, well, hard. "Hey, look at me! I'm an 8! Yeah, an 8!" Should probably be at least a 9, possibly a 10, especially for a hard chart. If it were CZ, I could maybe understand the rating of 8. Take a look at it on crazy though...yeah, not happening any time soon.

I'm curious, is stage break on or off on the Ft. Wizzayne machine? That is, do you fail immediately (other than possibly first stage) if the bar hits the bottom, or does it let you keep playing as long as you don't get an F?

Fail immediately after first song. Atleast unless they changed it after Friday night.

PMA hard is an 8 just like Fiesta crazy is an 8. HA. Fiesta was a 10 (12 nightmare) on exceed 1 and the steps are the same.
