I'm cracking up over all the idiots who are so upset about this bitching about identity theft and whatnot but the same fools probably post their facebook page in public forums.

Holy shit guys just use a fake name.
Excuse me, forum poster Butts McDickFart, I find your opinion very unsavory and I will now proceed to murder you and your family.

Re: STARCRAFT
I don't know if I just got really rusty over the 1-month hiatus but I am sucking fatty balls at this game. I have a very meh 6-7 record and I seemed to be getting steam-rolled a lot. I don't know if only good players came back for phase II of the beta or what but the level of skill seems to be a bit higher than usual.
I can't cheese people like to used to. God damn cheesing is awesome, it's like taking trolling to the next level.

Re: STARCRAFT
Glad you asked!
Cheesing in the world of Starcraft is basically doing an extremely risky "all-in" and very non-standard strategy in an attempt to defeat your opponent very quickly before they can react, assuming they don't scout the cheese. An example would be building a unit producing building outside of an opponents base in an area they would not normally scout and putting all your resources into massing your basic attacking unit. Another example for a Protoss player would be sneaking a probe into your opponent's base and building a pylon and a bunch of photon cannons before your opponent can even get a unit out.
In the above examples if your opponent scouted you out before you could get any units / cannons out you are pretty much fucked. Generally if your cheese fails you're done for unless your opponent is really, really bad.

Re: STARCRAFT
I like RTS campaigns, but I don't care much for multiplayer. I can't casually play Starcraft online, and I don't enjoy it enough to be hardcore. Plus my computer probably can't run it. What mouse do you use?

Re: STARCRAFT
That's cool they actually have it set up now so that players get put into leagues on Battle.net.
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Diamond
The shittier the league, the shittier the players. So if you get placed in bronze you won't be steam-rolled constantly by good players. The casuals will be matched-up with the casuals and likewise for the pros. It's actually a pretty cool system! It'd be perfect for you, Choard.
I use a shitty, basic Logitech mouse. Protip: Gaming mice are a huge marketing gimmick and don't actually make you better at video games.
