I mean, it makes sense, they already had the character model assets and more or less all the animations for the character's moves already done so it was just a matter of drawing up a new skin for Cammy and playing with her moveset.

SF4 is an okay game but I'd rather watch Marvel and I'd rather play 3rd Strike so SF4 doesn't really do it for me.

Marvel is fun and bullshitty enough on its own so nobody played Heralds and Heroes mode because we all knew it was dumb and gimmicky from the start.

Omega mode is dumb and gimmicky too but SF4 is not a good game by itself and if Capcom throws in a mode where everyone has goofy overpowered stuff it could shake up the tiers and make the game worthwhile. It really all depends on whatever the competitive scene adopts
