Well I could put music that I listen to in the movie, but people will bitch. I want people to like it (people that play CS, particularly the cal forums) so I have to appeal to them... a.k.a music that's exciting and a bit mainstream so people will like it. Call it shallow, but that's the only way to make your work successful. And I'm getting good reviews so far.

It's both. Of course it pleases me to make stuff like this, but it also pleases me to hear positive feedback and have other people tell me how much they liked it.
