dude, your alot better off with pot or even acid. silvia lasts for like 15 minutes, its generally not a good/fun trip, its just not fun stuff. Ive heard nothing but bad experiences. maybe sam has some insight? rofl

salvia can be purchased at most any head shop in indiana. it isn't worthwhile unless you have a bong or it's tedious to 'break through'

salvia is a hallucinogen that has mild properties but has a point you have to cross to actually trip. the trip lasts around 5 minutes and you go back to baseline around 15. you see some crazy stuff and go to another reality and say some crazy shit to your friends and don't remember any of it. personally i hate the stuff because it makes this one bone in my hand stick straight up and it hurts really bad...i would reccomend at least a 10x extract when dealing with the local shops... also have a friend around to grab the bong as you go pretty limp after you break through. there are a lot better 'legal' hallucinogens on the market that don't make you feel as crappy...by the by never do datura also known as jimson weed. it is not a hallucinogen as much as people like to say it is and can kill you and is very very BAD.

I actually had a pretty good experience with it.

I took one strong hit from a pipe and felt it within a minute.
I could barely move, and when I closed my eyes I would see
things. The more I focused on what I was looking at, or when
I would physically move, the image would skew and tile
off into oblivion...about the best way I can describe it is like
a fly's compound eyes.
But yeah, the initial 'trip' doesn't last very long, but it's subtleties
lingered for 20 minutes or so.
I did another hit after the initial one had worn off completely, maybe
an hour or so later, that was more intense. Where I found myself
was similar to the nightmare world in Silent Hill...it makes sense,
since I find it fascinating, and write about similar realities in my
own work. I was 'there' for what felt like 20 minutes or so, though
I reckon it was probably only a few minutes. After that wore off,
I crawled in bed and laid around for a while. The 'reality' of the trip
was gone, but I could still comprehend it and get inspiration from it
while I thought about it....even got a new character to add to my
novel.

I know there are more thorough substances out there, but I can't
do anything illegal, or I'll lose my job. If we're hurt on the job,
which happens quite frequently, we're sent out for a drug test,
and if it comes back with anything illegal in my system, I get fired.
I can't afford to lose a job that pays me 16 bucks an hour, just
because I wanted a somewhat better trip.

The first time I tried it, it didn't do much for me at all. I was with 2 other guys, and I couldn't get a good hit. I had to take a really deep hit, and hold it for quite a while to get the effect...which was hard to do with my
band mates laughing and saying stupid shit.

yeah, it's a bitch to break through on...i found the easiest way is to load it up in a bong and keep the flame on the resin while you hit until your lungs can't possibly hold in anything else. don't even bother with clearing the bong just get your body as full of salvia smoke as possible.

It's actually pretty safe. It's non addictive, has no major side effects I've been able to come across yet, and it lasts less than an hour.... so you don't have to worry about going anywhere tripped out.
