so everyone in the fucking world but me has this day off and a bat gets in our house at 5am SOMEHOW!
My mom chooses to wake me up instead of waking someone else up to get rid of the bat. I go back to sleep so then she steals the bottom-half of my twin bed. my back hurts. i think the bat's still in our house as well as I sure as hell did nothing to fix it.

So, I picked up a Zalman heatsink/fan for my graphics card this afternoon and installed it earlier. First off, my card is stupid and the mounting holes aren't in a square, they're in a rectangle. So I had to mount it slightly cockeyed using only two of the mounting nipples and add a few of the extra washers since the processor was a bit too high, but in the end it fits quite nicely. However, it wasn't until after installing the fan that I realized that I don't have an open 3 pin power connector for it. So, I have to pick up a 4 pin to 3 pin connector tomorrow after work so I can use my computer again.
Yay for backup computers and Linux.

I love getting those fucking phone call from operators. You know, the ones where someone on the internet is calling you, and an operator then tells you what they're typing, and in turn types to them what you tell them to.
I got one at about two in the fucking morning the other day. XD Love it..
