No to all of those. While those have all appeared in a Dancing Stage or non-US DDR, the song I'm looking for has NOT appeared in a US arcade DDR release. The song I'm looking for may have appeared in a US CS release, but I don't really follow those closely enough to know.

You are correct, sir.

I Will Survive appeared in the original Dancing Stage EuroMIX--the original Gloria Gaynor version, no less! More recently a rather speedy cover appeared in the JP CS release DDR Strike.

EDIT: Joe informs me it also appeared in the US CS release of Extreme 2. I haven't played that version, but I'm going to guess that it's probably the same as the one in Strike.
