For those of you not familar with raquetball yet want to get some idea of what it's like just buy a superball and go to an elevator while inside throw it as hard as you can against the wall a let it bounce without it hitting you.
It's really great for cardio, but I'm suprised more people don't give themselves concussions playing that.

ROFL that is the best description of the game. I actually had an amazing matrix move today. I was just volleying around with my friend (which is very dangerous). But he hit it really hard and low but it had some crazy spin on it, I jumped over it when it came to me, it bounced off the back wall and then went over my head as I ducked... it was amazing.
I actually get more out of doing that type of cardio rather than running.
