This is why I tend to not pay for games. I just wait for them to be pirated and try them out before I invest money.Riot wrote:Yeah actually this game gets pretty boring pretty fast. I'm waiting for Dark and Light. I like real MMORPGs where there are people all over outside and stuff. *Shrugs* I might play a little more GW as I wait, but it's really repetitive and somewhat bland.
(Yes, this applied to MMORPGs, I'm playing Lineage 2 and WoW for free right now)

emulated servers are fucking stupid anyways.
also, fuck you.
insert code compile execute return
Why spend money on something that I'm gonna play for maybe a week, then put down and never touch again, while it festers and takes up drive space? That's retarded. I still go out and buy games, just after I play them for a bit.sam wrote:WAY TO SUPPORT DEVELOPERS ASSHATSpazz wrote:This is why I tend to not pay for games. And the servers that I'm playing on are just private servers with a few custom scripts and maybe a few xp and drop rate changes. And I fucking betatested, and then BOUGHT L2, so suck my balls sam.

Hooray. 4 characters now, still loving this game.
I actually prefer this game because there AREN'T people all over the world. There's lots of people in the public areas, and if you stay there for too long, it can start to lag on you. Furthermore, they're annoying as hell...buy this, buy that, blah blah...either that, or they try to hump you. In a word: Irritating.
It's easy enough to interact with people in GW if you want to, but it's nice that you can avoid them if you don't. That, and you don't have a bunch of little ass hats stealing your kills.
