He broke a window. It was a total accident, but it was blown into a huge deal for no reason. u_u Apparently he can't go back until he pays for the window. But we're all pretty certain that Putt-Putt's insurance paid for the window, so he's not going to pay.

That was months ago, and he's doing fine.

That was months ago, and he's doing fine.

The reason why he was banned was not because of the breaking of the window (which was because it was kicked) but it was because he did not confess to it. At least that's what Mark told me (I dunno if he still browses this section or not). I don't know the full story, but personally I think when it happened he should've at least mentioned it to the people, instead of getting caught by some old lady that described the cars.

what the fuck? that's so illegal it isn't even funny! you can't charge someone for something that was fixed for free by your insurance!! stuff like windows breaking happen in establishments...that's why you pay insurance.

we had a similar incident at lazer lite, a guy's hunting knife had broken an arrow and the guy continued to play until he finished the song, completely destroying the panel. it was paid to be fixed and he still played there.

who the flying fuck came up with that idea? i would sue the shit out of him. oh wait it was bionixx? figures.

actually it was the owner of that Putt Putt who got really angry and originally banned him, bionix tried to get him back in but when the confusion and denial thing happened, he couldn't defend him anymore.

If you broke a window, you would be afraid to go back in and tell them, too. The lady outside that described the cars was all like "I won't tell. I didn't see anything." And when they left, she went in to rat.

[Side note] He didn't confess to it right away, but he DID go back. He could have decided to not go back at all. But he did. That should have counted for him.

I don't believe that Mark tried to help him out. From what came directly from Teddy (whom I believe over Mark), the managment was unhappy, but Mark was the one that decided to call the police. Over something so silly that they could have fixed themselves.

Just for that, I hope a rapist got away. I really do. Calling the cops for something utterly stupid should be punished. It's like crying to mommy and daddy when you can easily solve something with a brother or sister. It's like whining to a mod about something that you can easily handle with a simple PM to a user bothering you.

It's just a hundred times worse.

Really, I think that Putt-Putt should just let it go. I'm sure that stuff like that happens all the time. Not with windows necessarily, but with games. People manhandle the games there like nothing else. When something breaks, they just walk away. While it may not cost as much to fix (which really isn't an issue, because I'm sure insurance covered it just fine) the game, it takes a lot of time to fix for the people that work there. And time is money.

I don't know. What happened doesn't keep me from going there, but I'll be damned it I spend as much money there as I did before the incident. Because I still think that it's bullshit. If he was guilty for breaking the door, then everybody that was with him and left without fessing up should be banned as well. And that didn't happen.

On top of all that, I was badgered all night on my cell phone because my phone was the only one that Mark knew the number to. I didn't appreciate that in the least. I finally just handed the phone over to Chris because I was so damn tired of being bothered.

Given what I heard coming from the conversation with Mark and Erin, I kinda doubt Mark was too concerned with helping Teddy out. Why call the police when you KNOW he's gonna be back? They've got other shit to do. Teddy left because he was scared, and he wasn't sure what to do. He went back when he calmed down.
