Boss themes in video games are pretty common, but I like the theme for Margaret in No More Heroes 2. Not only is it a theme specific to the boss, but the song itself is more than just some random J-rock song. It took me a few minutes of boss fighting to realize the lyrics of the song are about the boss fight itself. The vocals are presumably from the character you're fighting, but she's too busy shootin' guns and looking a like a pedo's wet dream to actually be singing.

Neat concept.
