Decided to play some 5k yesterday, ended up with a bunch of new AAAs/near AAAs.

e-motion sucks just as much on 5k as on 7k

That's what makes it fun!

I actually really appreciate songs like this because the turntable actually makes a turntable-y sound and is used in a way that a DJ actually might rather than being just another keysound. I really enjoy playing IIDX, but it seems like it sometimes has an identity crisis and thinks it's 8-key KBM...admittedly with one of the keys being round, flat, and spinny.

Try it out on low speed sometime and take a gander at the "scratch column."

You're talking to a guy who started iidx on an arcade 4th style. And I bet you remember how sticky Ft. Wayne's TT is. It makes Checking You Out a wrist exercise more than a scratch fest. + only 1 speed mod, which wasn't a huge jump from normal speed, either.

tried 9th style for a while... got one AAA

Abyss THR 7K, but no FC

then i popped in RED so i could enter scores for all L7 songs. and rather than listing all of the AAAs....

all of IIDX RED L7 is FC/PC AAAd.

and on another note, Andromeda L7 was AAA #1337.

and i still cant get Nebula Grasper.

AAA You Really Got Me L7
Finally passed Hitch Hiker 7 (and slightly improved my score)
Got up to an E (I had a passing F) on e-motion [a]
1 from AAA on Virtual Insanity L7 (1!...ugh)

I'm up to 11 AAAs now, I should have ~15 by the end of the day.

I've put a few rushed L14 scores up, but expect a much bigger update (with both 7 and 14-key scores) late tonight. Hopefully I'll also get the time to abuse poor Dan.

10th on Sphere L7 according to VJarmy now. I'm working on getting more 7K AAs and AAAs overall currently.
