the graphics look terrible from the commercial, but I guess that would be better for load times and no lag

Hey, I'm on this Family and Friends week promo from one of my friends who plays.
How the hell do you get to change the graphics options? I haven't been to a menu in the game.
I did play a few hours last night, I'm at lvl 5 now, and I have to say this game is rather fun. It lags a lot for me outdoors, especially when it rains or there are a ton of cars, but I think that's just graphics card problems, It's melted one too many times
