At any rate, where will I find this week's song? I have access to any of the CS games, but I only have Gold AC at the moment.

What happened to Sirius? Satfinal is on Troopers so it would not be on Gold AC.

I didn't have a chance to play any Beet last week but I'm pretty sure Amp would have beaten me anyway although I guess my best score on VJA is 1776 (829 / 118 / 13 / 0 / 6) on Another, obv. Do we want to pick a new song?!?!?!?

Actually, you have a higher score than I do on VJA.

As for Gold, Grid Knight sounds good. Anybody got any other songs ideas?

I had a hard drive go bad (actually I had a few hard drives go bad). Sirius was on one of them. I can get it going again...I just haven't done it yet.

8* is mostly out of my range. I mean, I'll try it...but I would only expect to pass about 20% of the time--nevermind actually score competitively.

Sorry that I never put up a score, but I only got to play one song on Beatmania and my controller decided not to play again. However, I never have problems with P2 side, so I guess I'm gonna have to learn to play 2P side now...

New personal best on Satfinal Another at 1759 EX. (829/101/25/3/8) (I didn't see Merk's score that 1up'd me until I came on here to post this.)

Edit: 1078 EX (18 greats perfect combo) on the Normal chart. Figure that the best way to do this is to make Wednesday the day to change the song of the week.

I'm surprised that you didn't throw a bit of salt, then whooped my ass on the song yesterday. Are you getting soft? Anyhow, I can't top your S3 best and I'm forfeiting this round as I don't feel I earned it.

No salt. I have resigned to the fact that I will never ever win anything from a Beet competition which makes defeat much easier to take. Poker has introduced me to the wild world of variance so sometimes no matter how well you perform at any given task there is always some semblance of luck and variance that will throw you off the expected result. In Beet it would be a bad random, in Poker it's an unlucky draw after all the money goes in, in Football it could be the wind during a kickoff or a weird patch of grass in the field, in Starcraft it could be the shitty pathing of a unit, in the Baron of the Bemani Bordello the song selection could be awful, etc. All of these things are out of our control and each can potentially lead to an upset.

I like tangents lololololol. But yes I am getting soft and I hope to be a hardass sometime this week after I'm done with work and shit for the week. I think my Grid Knight [7] score on S3 is pretty recent so maybe I can improve.

EDIT: Yeah it's 1832 EX from sometime in July I'm going to be hard pressed to beat that.

I best I could muster on Hyper was 14 points away from a AAA. I'm not sure what that is in EX, but if anyone has gotten closer than that then they win! Yay!
