You know, it looks like PIU FX meets beatmaniaIIDX and beatmania III. Really, really flashy with lots of speakers and geegaws. That isn't necessarily bad, but there's a lot of stuff there.

In a move that will no doubt cause major shockwaves, the difficulty ratings have been altered as of DDR X to follow a 20 scale system.
Also......
Butterfly and Dub-I-Dub have been confirmed for the US PStwo release!

Fuck yeah Dub-I-Dub
The new rating system doesn't bother me, I believe it can add a little more accuracy to the difficulty of the charts. Although there will probably still be tons of misrated stuff according to the general consensus.

LET THEM MOVE WOAH
edit: ever notice how Let Them Move and Keep On Movin have the same BG except one has a dusky/dark sky and one has a daytime/sunny sky? And the obvious, different text...but they have the same shirts hanging on lines.

kobo feat. kr:aque - dazzle
TACOS NAOMI feat. 小久保裕之 - The flower in your smile

Oh, remember that new cabinet design? Um, it seems that this test may determine if it will get released here or not.

Supposedly the screen lag is quite noticable too :\

Yea, I heard about them using an HD display on the design and they didn't really use a good one either so it's obvious Konami has lost their minds once and for all.

Is it possible that US cabinets don't use the same monitor as the Japanese ones? That would certainly not be unheard of. Every US dedicated DDR cabinet design has been different in some meaningful ways, to include the monitor, than their Japanese counterparts. This goes all the way back to the old US 1.5 and USA cabinets and includes the Betson SN cabinets, too.
If it's not the same monitor, whoever made them probably just drove over to Wal-Mart and picked up the cheapest TV they could find in the right size. That's what Putt-Putt tends to do up here. Too bad those cheap TVs almost always have pretty notable scaler lag...
