It'd be sweet if a Dance Dance Wii was released for the Wii...and not only would you have to use the dance pad, but you'd also have to use a Wiimote or two as glowsticks.

They are releasing 2 DDRs for X-box 360 in Novemeber I think and it is supposed to be like 4 player supported 0_0

You are correct. However, Ultramix versions on the original Xbox have supported 4-player mode all along.
