Eh, whatever. I don't think I was misraised personally. Jenna makes herself out to be a saint, and sure maybe she is. Good for her. But, so are a lot of other people. I don't drink or smoke either, and I work hard in college too. That really has nothing to do with anything.

I just think it's a low blow to try to shame someone else on their relationship to make yourself look like you are flawless. Ok, so your parents raised you well, awesome. But I mean, you also don't know anything about Kelsie's parents. My biggest issue with some parents is domestic abuse. And Coty does not sound like the kind of guy that would be of any harm either. Ok, so I admit I don't know much about either of them, so I can't elaborate on that point. But, that's my point. You don't know a whole lot about their background, so I don't think it's fair that you make generalizations. I don't think parenting and "14 yr old/18yr old relationship" correlate at all.

I think we all have different concepts and beliefs on the topic. Because of that, I think we should just agree to disagree.

How exactly am I acting like a mod if I'm posing a question (toward a mod) if we can lock it? I was just expressing my opinion that enough drama has
occured here and this should just be locked. If I WAS a mod, I would've locked it myself.

Because stepping up and saying, "Hur hur hur lock plz" is fucking annoying, and it's not your place to suggest such things. The mods are pretty active here. Alot more active than before you started posting here, at least. Just do us a favor and sit back and enjoy the show.

I asked for it to be locked about 6 pages ago because I didn't want my personal affairs dicussed on forums.
But, I guess it's viewed more as people discussing their opinions about age differences in relationships and it's not really about me...?

Yes, she did ask. I decided to let it continue as a topic of discussion (it has come up before prior to the reset) so long as it didn't get too personal or hostile toward Kelsie or Coty directly.

The topic itself is a valid one--and one that obviously several people have strong opinions about. 10 pages in 4 days shows that people want to talk along these lines. I don't want to stifle discussion so long as it doesn't turn into an attack. I always hope that we can come together by discussing and attempting to understand our differences. We don't have to change each others' minds. Simply agreeing to disagree (as someone has already mentioned) is a huge step toward the community atmosphere I always wish for this site.
