Does phpBB still store passwords in plaintext that admins can see? I remember being an admin on a phpBB board wayyyyyyyy back in the day and I could see user passwords in the admin panel for user profiles, those were fun times!

phpBB3 definitely hashes them. I don't know if it properly salts them or not.
I want to say the old phpBB2 that we modded like crazy after "the great reset" also hashed them.

It's a long video. Lots of awkward Pokemon references, "I choose YOU!" Whatever is in your imagination is probably spot on.
If you search for 'pokemon wedding cringe' you'll see some equally cringy reaction videos which have some footage of the original videos. It's like those videos of weird, not-funny people making fun of other weird, not-funny people playing video games. Take me back to 2003. Make the Internet great again.
