Berserker is thrash/death metal. They aren't incredible either.

If you like death/grind metal, check Job For A Cowboy(gutteral growls and breakdowns), Suicide Silence(grind your face) and Light This City(more melodic).

Oh yeah, and Selfdestructed Dream is a great Indy-area band. So is Ishia and Anapparatus.

Funny you should mention that, I just ordered/recieved Light This City's 'Remains of the Gods' album. Pretty good thrash stuff, and the kicker...it's a girl singing/growling.
By the way, if you haven't seen her picture in the latest 'Revolver' magazine...damn. It's hard to picture those vocals coming out of that.

Laura Nichol is great vocalist and great looker, too. Arch Enemy's vocalist Angela is pretty good looking, as well.

Yeah, they can fly on guitar, but I just don't like them that much. Maybe just because I hate Reality's steps(OMG SM FILE).
