Parappa the Rapper

This game is a classic; just when you thought every other PlayStation game would be in 3D, Sony did a turnaround and released a game with flat, paper-thin characters that had more substance than other games at the time.

Ill never forget this game, because when first I got my PSOne, it came with a demo disc of upcoming games, and it included a demo level of PaRappa the Rapper. First time pa lang I played it, and heard Chop Chop Master Onions immortal line, Kick, Punch, its all in the mind, I was hooked.

This remains one of my all-time favorites, even though I sucked badly at it, heh.

So was that dude a bot or was he some weird Nigerian prince thing? I realize his post was a copy/paste but it seems like he actively sought out a thread about Parappa The Rapper on IndyDDR and made his post. Are bots sophisticated enough to revive dead threads and make a post that is actually germane to the thread topic?

They're not bots for the most part. They're actual people paid a pittance to scour the Internet for opportunities to make spam posts in a semi-automated fashion. Apparently a lot of old WoW gold farming operations are doing it now that WoW is (finally) drying up.

It was still nice to read someone's opinion, even if it wasn't his. Too bad he got banned for his Mip slip.
