It's a somewhat old song that was apparently super popular in Korea's club music scene when it came out. From what I gather, you can still pretty much get any crowd going at a concert, club, etc. by covering it. There's tons of videos on Youtube of various K-Pop groups covering it in concerts, and DJ DOC used it to introduce One Night, which I gather was something of a comeback song for him.

It was on PIU back in the early days (Perfect collection, maybe? somewhere around then - it shows up in the sort from that era), got dropped, then got revived again on IIRC 2010 Fiesta with a couple new charts.

It's pretty obvious that the big-shot bankers on Wall Street have been getting richer and richer since the 2008 economic crisis, while your friends and family members haven't.
