They kind of look like cup holders in the shape of an arrow that you can plug in and light up! You may have to re-soldier them though.

If they're OEM, they're maybe for the US X/X2 cabinets? I've never seen inside of those.
I'm guessing they're aftermarket LED "upgrades". They're probably shaped that way in an attempt to illuminate the arrow portion of the panel the most. Those LEDs appear to be fairly cheap and probably throw spots rather than flooding out like you'd want.

DDR X2 US does not us this type of light board under the arrows the have circular boards maybe an DDR X US i heard those were pure crap pads so maybe unless there is a DDR Kids Machine never heard of it though.
