Sort of. It came free from a deal Microsoft's doing with certain Windows laptops. Really the gift was the laptop.

How the hell did you come up with the name Pokebis?

I pronounce it "Poke Abyss" whenever I talk about people on this forum to my forum compatriots.

Really it's just been my main username since I was five.
I think it has something to do with Pokémon, but I'm not as hardcoar 1337 in that anymore. Still a fan, just not the biggest one.
That's a cool way of pronouncing it, most people say "poke-ee-bis," "poke-bis," "ポケビス," or simply "Poke."
In other news my name is apparently in relation to a brand of biscuit in Japan and some Japanese blogger girl stole my name and started posting about food.

Some people think it's a cross between Pokémon and cannabis which is kind of interesting, but that's certainly not what it is.
