My company's ticketing system, which is basically a glorified e-mail system, gets a bunch of spam messages a day. We got one today that contained only a single phrase:

"Harry potter loves hottie lover, who loves mighty shocker poker."

That's awesome, Merk.

Today I got a free lemonade at Taco Bell just cause I had the Three Wolf Moon shirt on.

I was talking to an engineer at work recently and he asked my how many days I had left before I went back at school. I told him a week and 3 days and his response was "Oh so 1.3 weeks....." It's a good thing we don't engineer bridges or things that people's lives depend on.

Also yesterday was my last day of work. YEA DAD YEA.

Well CLEARLY weeks are counted on a base 7 scale so technically your engineer friend was correct.

7 weeks? That's actually 10 weeks. 14 weeks? 20 weeks.

Someday you will learn.... you will.

well CLEARLY I am retarded...now that I realize the secret to week math and that 1.42 weeks actually equal 1.3 weeks I will make sure to never make such a horrid mistake again. I knew I learned something important this summer.

"The earliest evidence of continuous use of a seven-day week appears with the Jews during the Babylonian Captivity of the 6th century BCE."

Nice job ya schmucks.

Frisbez I am glad you understood the concept of base 7, I honestly am. Most tards on the internet would reply with an 'lol fag' in an effort to save face from the fact that they don't understand the concept of anything other than base 10.

THERE ARE 10 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. THOSE WHO UNDERSTAND BINARY AND THOSE THAT CAN GO FUCK THEMSELVES LAUGH OUT LOUD.

I hope school treats you well. Where are you going to again? Ball State?

Close, I'm going to Taylor University, abut an hour northish of BSU. Middle of nowhere and centrally located enough that going anywhere is a pain. Tyler and CBAV are both going to BSU though, interestingly enough.

As far as weeks go I understand the concept well enough, but I have no idea why you would want use any numbering system other than base10, binary, or hex. Plus I'm pretty sure this guy was seriously clueless enough to think a week and 3 days is actually 1.3 weeks in a base10 system.

lolfags.

Taylor University: The one place where if most members of IndyDDR tried to step foot on campus, they would probably instantly burst into flames due to it being a religious facility.

Because it's not like Notre Dame is a Catholic university, IU wasn't built on a monastery with a chapel in the center of campus, and Ball State doesn't have a giant angel in the middle of its campus.

Purdue however is a lifeless atheist campus. Boiler up!
