Main Car: Toyota MR-S Edition (new MR2)
Car Name: Casey
Points: 2,022,894 or so
Tuning Option: Custom, everything is mixed now
Times:
Akagi DH: 2'28'xxx
Happo IB: 2'28'xxx
Happo OB: 2'30'xxx
Iro DH: 3'06'xxx

I'm the guy to beat here for the most part, cept Akina. My MR-S is probably 1 of the most underused cars in game, and is lvl 18 BL. at 83% win ratio.

I should probably switch to a whored RWD car and I'd f'in dominate... hmm, RX8 maybe? hahahaha

(Pardon me if this is intended to be purely a 'post your times' thread and not a discussion thread.)

I don't like this game. I feel it makes a mockery of the drifting scene and gives a poor simulation of drifting in general. I don't see the point of any 'racing' game that doesn't simulate a clutch. Not that I can name very many racing games that do, but that's pretty much why I don't play racing games.

I also feel like if they're gonna let you tune your vehicle, you should get the ability to do a LOT more customization. How about getting to choose what brand trubo / wheels / suspension / etc. you're gonna put in?

I fail to see any advantage Initial D has over Gran Turismo 3 (doesn't even touch GT4).

Now I'm not trying to start a flame war, but you'll have to show me I'm wrong. What makes Initial D worth playing?

after you finish your option of tuning, it lets you choose specifics later, for instance, tonight i put in a Mazda Speed muffler into my RX-7 when it prompted, over my Initial D Kylie Muffler.

I found out my car is the HARDEST FR car to drive and most players pick it to learn on. I'm gonna make an FD soon and point up my EK9 and see how much faster myt imes are.

I'm gonna probably start a Trueno 86 or an Evo VII to jack around with, maybe an WRX or something.

Actually Skylines don't suck..they're pretty fast, I don't agree with the auto thing, and skylines aren't my style, but they aren't bad if you know how to drive them. :-P

skyline = 2nd fastest accelerating car with the fattest ass. Considered the best battle car in game.

*bump*

Let's talk Bunta challenges.

I have 12 wins against Bunta on Happo and 9 on him on Irohazaka (MR2)

A complete 15 wins on Usui and 12 wins against him on Akina (now officially snow) (AE86).

I'm running 2'26's on Akagi DH with my MR2.

Also, I'm bringing in a wave of new scru- er, players, so there should be more competition in the near future. :P
