I still say Konami is in the right. Better game arguments aside, Konami doesn't want people making money of their idea. I wouldn't either. Let's not forget they are a corporation. My confusion is as to why they wait so darn long before taking legal action. DJ Max is old news, unless they're specifically going after its release in the US.
