Agreed, what makes this even more gross is that the patties are PORK, not beef for this Teriyaki Burger.

In other words, it's the Big Mac form of the teriyaki burger sold at every McDonald's in Japan. The teriyaki burger uses pork, not beef, patties standard. Even the beef hamburgers aren't 100% beef like they are here. Beef is very expensive in Japan - far too expensive to be on the 100 yen menu - so they substitute pork, which Japanese are more used to anyway.

Yeah. I could eat this if I wanted to. So far they've had the Mega Mac, Mega Tomato, and Mega Tamago (egg). It doesn't surprise me at all that they pick the teriyaki burger next.


And I really can't tell the difference between the pork-beef patties used here and the regular beef patties in the US.

I never had the pork-beef patties, but as I don't eat Pork I'll never really get a chance to see for myself.
