THOSE BASTARDS Seriously! How can they do that to animals?

Actually.. I'm not entirely serious... I posted it at first as a joke entirely... but now that I think about it... it's still just fucked up.

I won a SSMB tourney at IU and got a free copy of Brawl.

That may not have been worth noting, except that I did it with Samus. =D So you're welcome over whenever possible, but I wonder if I'll still be playing as a chick..

In terms of 3rd party Wii games I have a few issues with them.

What I've seen is that alot of them think that they can just crap out anything and it will sell right out of the gate. This type of developing is just outright disengenious and it really does need to stop.

Also, alot of developers intentionally restrict themselves to having to use the Wiimote and don't take advantage of the fact that Wii games can use the classic controller and the gamecube controller. This sticks out like a sore thumb in established franchises like Call of Duty 3 and Konami's pitiful attempt to implement the Wiimote on DDR Hottest Party.

The biggest issue though is also kinda Nintendo's fault and it's with the Virtual Console. I love the idea of bringing back classic games and making them available. However, I have a massive hatred of the fact that instead of making the arcade versions of games available, they are making the console ports available instead which is just plain BS. (Of note being Splatterhouse as the arcade version is infinitely better than the console port was.) The only company that is immune to this issue is SNK since the AES (Home system) and MVS (Arcade system) used the same hardware so they won some major points in my book.

I am hoping that this kinda gets fixed since after this past Christmas it's safe to say that the Wii is now a system that cannot be ignored by 3rd party companies.

While I would agree with those being the top two, and while that ranking currently matches sales, I can't help but think that, from a realistic point of view, eventually the gimmicky-ness of the Wii will wear off and the 360 will emerge as the front-runner. All of the people I know who have a Wii basically stopped playing it after the first couple of months, and all who have both a Wii and a 360 play the 360 almost exclusively.

A few random notes:

Attention local brainwashed blue jersey wearing dorks, the Colts got PWNED! Take off the jerseys and please get back to your regular life!

Also, if the Patriots win the Super Bowl, I will attend the IIDX Tournament regardless of the rules that are used if I am able to. If the Packers win, then I'm drinking myself to death!

Finally, I hope Corporal Laurean gets pwned bad for disgracing our name!

Way back in January 1997 (I wuz six, lulz), the Packers and the Patriots faced each other in Super Bowl XXXI. The Packers won 35-21. I have a shirt that was relased for that game, highlighting "Packers vs Patriots in the Super Bowl."

I plan on wearing that shirt a few times this week.

Don't remind me. I remember that day cause we barely averted armageddon! If the Packers win then I'm guessing more of this will probably happen... (Also, Wisconsin HATES gamers!)

Haha, I saw that when it was still on the air. It was also featured on this ytmnd: http://packerswin.ytmnd.com/

Yea, it makes me wish that Volume 10 didn't get recalled in less than a week. (Godzilla VS Megalon sadly didn't have all the rights secured or something.) Thank god Vol 10.2 is coming out soon.

Oh, while we are on the sports theme, I figure the dumb football theme needs to be pwned!
