What is your attraction to the Zelda series

The secksee little tunic and elf ears?

I couldn't tell you, actually. A friend addicted me. The thing that probably draws me most to it, though, is that Zelda really isn't a fad. It's been around forever, and I think that as long as Nintendo is around, so will Zelda.

One time I was playing the original Zelda when I was like 10 and my mom was sitting in the room reading/watching me play and I burned down this one bush with my lantern and walked down in the hole and this old woman down there was all like "you motherfucker you burned down the door to my house!" and she charged me like 200 rupees or whatever and I was like "YOU BITCH!" and my mom was like "Joseph! Watch your mouth!" but I didn't get in trouble. It was funny.

DODONGO DISLIKES SMOKE

*ahem* Sorry. Frankly, I grew up with my NES. I have many a fond memory of Zelda, Mario and Metroid. Though it does help that they're still good games.. except Zelda 2. -_-

Yeah, I like that, too.

Play Zelda, and you know you're not going to have to deal with poor language, a poor storyline, some girl's breats, sexual themes, or anything like that.

It's just a good old fashioned RPG.

Zelda is by far the best Chicken Beating Simulator I've ever played, and it's that reason that it will always have a special place in my heart forever and ever.

Word.

After I discovered chickens my progress
in the game pretty much grinded to a halt.

But a good halt.

Now that this thread has risen from the grave, I'd like to say Minish Cap for the GBA was pretty damn awesome.

Definitely, albeit I say that his coverage of Portal is the best.
