I wondered how word got out... umm yeah, I feel like an ass but I'm still alive and kicking. I'm medicated and in the process of getting further treatment. I've basically been given a clean bill of health, but the first day was really rough. You'll all be seeing me around like usual, don't worry. Thanks for the care and support everyone!

Oh yeah, if you know Scott Sylvester or Mat Mounce, give them some love for me... I'm not sure if I'd still be here without their help.
