I really don't understand why you would WANT a phone like a Q or a Treo, to be honest Cbav. They're designed for uber-yuppy busy businessmen. I doubt you would really use half of its features. Plus, it doesn't have nearly the "cool" factor of other phones. If you want to pay a lot for a phone, get an iPhone, or, to a lesser extent, a Chocolate or Sidekick.

Cshack don't listen to kids like this. These are the people who still carry around CD players and make fun of high capacity MP3 players cause, I mean honestly, who wants to carry around all their music in a simple easy to use player?

Anyways have you looked at the blackjack? I have a friend who has one and its a pretty slick phone. The buttons are a little small but after a while it feels really natural to use.

If you don't want that I'd stick with the Q. The keyboard on the env just trys to be like a sidekick keyboard, but I think they did a pretty bad job with it, so good luck typing over 20 WPM or typing one handed.

Oh and don't listen to danc either, those yuppie business men features amount to a hueg e-mail inbox and the ability to open word documents which is always a big plus.

Me I have a sk3 and its a pretty alright phone. The only really good thing about it is the keyboard. I could type so fast with this thing that I used it to take notes back in highschool. I also do about 80% of my web browsing on it. I dunno, I'm rambling now. I'll stop.

Why would I get such a thing? Because it's nice. I want to spend money on myself for nice things. :]

Why'd Shannon get an iphone? probably because it was sweet and he wanted something nice.

Agreed. Phone is phone. If you want a PDA, buy a PDA.

This makes me want to carry around one of those old huge boomboxes and play cassette tapes with it.

For real combining electronics into one easy to use package is so stupid. Why would people want e-mail and internet access anywhere they get phone service?
