Need a good Photoshopper

Hey all! If anybody is good with Photoshop, I could really use your help right now! I need a bottom banner done for my upcoming Counter-Strike video, and I don't really have the Photoshop knowledge to do it. My team logo looks like this:

I really like the design and would not mind something just like it or similar. The video itself will most likely be 800 x 600, and I need it to stretch a long the bottom part of the screen. It pretty much just needs to have a consistent design and say "Riot" on the left hand side, and I would like to see some transparencies or something.

I know it's a lot to ask, but if anybody wants to help out I would really appreciate it.
