Obsessed yet?
So, which makes you more obsessed...
1) Seeing arrows when you blink
2) Humming Tsugaru (or any other DDR song) while playing 007 games
or 3) Daydreaming about beating MaxUnlimited in AP Chemistry?
Let me know, I think I may need help, like a 3 step program or a patch or something.

1) Either you're making it up, you're playing too much, or maybe both.H E R O wrote:So, which makes you more obsessed...

2) It's a song, humming it doesn't really mean obsession and I don't see the relevance to Bond games.
3) about beating Maxx U.? Not obsessed. AAAing Maxx U.? Still not obsessed. But if you daydream about it, that's not doing anything for you. Go beat it.
Seriously, in all truth I've seen truly obsessed people, and you don't seem to be. Truly obsessed people spend 7 days a week at the arcade, only listen to bemani, and do a bunch of other obsessed stuff like make threads like this. Wait a second...
I really love CS:GO's 64 tick servers.

Let's see...what are my symptoms?
1.) Knowing the lyrics to almost every DDR song (sans some of the Japanese ones)
2.) My DDR playlist is the longest on my iPod.
3.) It's not a good night unless my legs are sore from good-old arrow stepping.
4.) My secondary nickname around Fishers/Noblesville is "DDR Girl".
5.) With all the money I've put into arcade machines, I probably could have bought my own.
6.) I close my eyes and see arrow patterns for certain songs.
7.) I have multiple DDR dreams.
8.) There is almost never a day that goes by without me mentioning it at least three or four times... ^_^

What happens when you get scared half to death twice?
I was taking a final exam in thermodynamics one time and in the middle of it realized that my feet were stepping out the pattern to So Deep while I was taking it. I felt like a retard.
I also find myself just DDRing in my kitchen all the time when i'm bored with nothing but the music in my head to guide me.
We need a Danceaholics Anonymous program.

I don't fear death; I fear not living.
Why did everyone assume that was about me. I said "you" not me, which is ambiguous anyways lol. No, I am not obsessed. Addicted yes, obsessed no. I can control myself when it comes to playing ddr, i just choose not to.

I see arrows going in my head after I play for an extended period of time. I think it's probably just a response to the repetitive synaptic stimulation from the arrows.
Anyway, I seem to be humming Sakura as of late, and sometimes when I'm bored sitting in a desk or whatever I'll tap the step pattern with my feet or my fingers...

I still hum songs all the time, tap the beats on a table, look for remixes whenever I can, learn the history about every artist, have dreams that involve me traveling places to play ddr, spend hours on this board at work, met my current girlfriend playing ddr, play other bemani, have a large list on AIM dedicated to DDR, and prolly a number of other things.
