When I turn 21 this June....
18th Birthday!!

I don't think I did ANYTHING that was appropriate for the given "coming of age" on either my 18th or 21st birthday. I did end up visiting a sex store a few months after my 18th when a group I was with at a small get-together randomly all got up and decided "hey, let's go visit a sex store!", but I didn't go buy any lottery tickets or anything of the like on my birthday. I also haven't drank since I turned 21...go figure.
A normality test:

If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

"Since you turned 21"?
I haven't, either, come to think of it. But my entire experience of alcohol consists of a sip of champagne when I was 8 and a sip of wine when I was 19. (Neither was my idea, and neither did anything to convince me I should run right out and go drink more.)
Though I haven't been to a sex store, either. Is there really a legal age requirement? That surprises me a bit.

Oh Noes! It burns oil and NO AC!!!! *gasp!* And how old are you know? 19? Seems like the car is still doing fine running 1 year after you get it.lgolem wrote:well the free car is on its last leg....it burn a quart of oil in one trip to b-town and back....so 45miles...I can't have the ac on or else the car dies...the only thing nice about it is the stereo.
Let me still point out the fact that you got a car from mom and dad. And as stated before, at least they bought you one. Be thankful for the things you get even if they aren't the nicest of the kind.

And when you're paying out for oil all the time like that (I know...my old car used to do that, too), it gets really expensive after a while. And it's not good to be driving around in a car that does that. My old car that sucked oil like that died on me. It's a good thing I remembered my cell that day, and that it wasn't too far away from my house. u_u
No more eggs!
An actual signature will come soon, I suppose.

I was thankful for it for the first year and then this past winter when it would die on me on 37 on my way hom from b-town. It runs and I am thankful it gets my butt to class. It may be an annoyance to add a quart of oil before I go to class everyday, I am still happy that I have the car after 2 years of having it (I am not 19...I'm 20 thank you very muchShammerS wrote:I didn't think he sounded unthankful...just informative.Pheadra wrote:lgolem wrote:well the free car is on its last leg....it burn a quart of oil in one trip to b-town and back....so 45miles...I can't have the ac on or else the car dies...the only thing nice about it is the stereo.
