Congratulations on your collective accomplishments. I have summarily added you all to my friends list so that you can kick my poor, over-kicked tush. And that is indeed exactly what you are doing.

Except for MonMotha. But I'm sure that when I obtain the means to play the Japanese mixes, he'll join the triumph-over-Arka team.

V on 7Key/Hyper is a 10 on the Happy Sky Ratings Scale.

Oh, G2 and Stoic on L7/Normal are also 8s.

Same chart, yes. V [7] is a 10, but probably one of the easier 10s. The game may SAY its an 8 (or flashing 7, I dunno what BMUS uses), but an 8 or flashing 7 just means "This is harder than a 7, and go be as hard as a 12"

The Beatmania US scale goes out of 10 whereas the Japanese version in Happy Sky and Distorted follows a scale of 12. I follow the Japanese scale as with a few exceptions I usually avoid playing the US version of Beatmania at all costs.

played a little bit over the last couple of days. and something seemed to click. got lots of good scores. and all of 9th style 7K is AAd or better, except for Checkin You Out. i got 25 new AAAs but ill only list the ones i thought were good. all of 9th style L7 is now also AAAd. got Checkin You Out, Distress, Make A Difference, and I Can Fly, Ive Got Reason.

Then how come you posted the link to V 7k?

Anyways, two big accomplishments for me today:

Cleared V L7 (B on VJArmy) (5*)
Cleared I Was The One A (I had 6 combo-breakers on this as a fail, got it down to 4 and I passed, AA on BMUS, high A on VJArmy) (5*)

So I'm really happy about those, now I'm up to 3 another clears.

Oh, BTW Arka, that I Was The One a score is the 3rd thing I'm currently beating you on, this one by 20 EX.
