tonight was pretty cool; met a few new ppl, saw taqa absolutely blow the doors off the speed barrier, saw ho, potter, a few other people i talked to whose names i didnt get, and last but not least, met yume who is really nice and interesting to talk to, not to mention affectionate (and no i dont mind haha)

ummm next tuesday im hopefully gonna go do it again
bad news though guys, i actually forgot to bring the cable that is needed to transfer pictures from my cam to the computer.. so yeah im shit outta luck there!

What kind of cable do you need? If it's a simple USB or firewire cable, I'm sure someone can lend you one. If it's specialized...then I can't really help you.

Yea if its just small usb to normal size usb i have like 10 and you can have one at xsite next tuesday.

yup, its specialized. its usb on one end and the other end is this little like socket thing that takes a memory card, "megaSD" cards.

? thats not a cable for your camera, its a usb card reader. uve just been taking the card out of your camera and putting it in your reader. Im sure your camera has usb too.

If it's an SD card, you can just stick the card in my laptop and we can grab the pictures.

it says "mega" sd so will that still work?

and if so, awesome, cuz that means i can film for my videos, then just uplink my ex. hd to your laptop, then put it into my laptop to get the video. awesome, ill do that sunday

Probably. I don't know of a "Mega SD" spec, so the "Mega" part is probably just a brand name.
