First off, you linked to your xanga wrong. It should be

http://www.xanga.com/partystreaker

and secondly, there are no pictures on there.

I did. Nothing. What there is though, is a broken image that shows the url you tried to use as file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Josh%20Hood/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/partystreaking.jpg
which is not a valid URL.

Get an account at photobucket.com and upload your pic onto there and then use that url to link it.
