the IRC server now supports both ipv4 and ipv6, just keep using irc.fohdeesha.com and if you are ipv6 capable you should pull down an AAAA record of 2001:470:1f11:bcb::2, still the default IRC port of 6667

if you're using an ipv6 tunnel provider that blocks IRC ports, it's also available on port 22025
