(Obligatory Topic) Where is DDR going?

DDR is going downhill. I could spend a long time explaining my opinion as to why, but I doubt it'd matter anyways.

Lots of people keep saying that it's "Going Downhill" People in this group were saying that 2 years ago. I don't think it really is.

Like Mei-Mei said, it's just not "Trendy" anymore.

For me, DDR is just a fun game I found one day and started playing. I didn't start playing because the cool kids were. Infact, I didn't realize it had a huge cult following until I started running into the same 10 people every time I DDRed. Those 10 people being pretty much every member of IndyDDR at the time.

If when this group desolved, I still went and played DDR whenever I could.

Anyway, I donno. DDR will always be a fun game to me. And I'll probably keep playing it whenever I get a chance.

It just happens to be a really big hill, like a mountain but rounder.


I believe many people say it's going downhill because it is trendy, and it's getting trendier by the day. All the time I see the kind of people playing it that would have been making fun of me three years ago. It's mainstream boys and girls, get used to it.
