Need help with my DDR pad :(

Post by Merkip » Wed Mar 02, 2005 1:00 pm

Well, i have a zip-up foam pad, and sometimes it doesnt work when i step on the arrows at the exact same time it says to. Is there any way of taking my pad in to repair it? Or will i have to buy another pad

With a soft pad, there's no way to repair it that I know of, unless you're some sort of mechanical genius. Hard pads you could repair a lot easier, since they're built more like the arcade pads.

How long have you had your pad and what brand is it? How often do you play? It might not be an actual pad malfunction, it could be the cord..so..uhm..answer those questions and it'll help us in knowing if you've just worn out your pad or not.

Mad Catz are terrible. Some of the worst I've ever played on.
